Our Team

Scott has worked in the homebuilding industry for 20 years.  He's spent time with both private and public homebuilders including CalAtlantic / Standard Pacific and KB Home.  Scott has degrees from the University of Southern California and University of California, Irvine.  Scott started Seapoint CPM in early 2018.  

Ashley has worked in the homebuilding industry for over 20 years.  She started at her family’s cabinet company in 2002 and spent 9 years with KB Home before joining Seapoint CPM in early 2019.  She is the third generation in her family to be involved with homebuilding.
